Getting disturbed contineous through phone calls

Though I have not taken any loan from the orgnization (Family credit limited) but I am harrashed through phone calls continiously from the company reagarding the payment of loan I have also called to the phone number (03365503082) regarding the clarification from which they have called to me but they have not responded properly to my question and talked with me in a very rough and un-proffessional manner. Please help regarding this problem...
