Cheating with customer by adding Flash service in new SIM as default

Vodafone is providing the Quiz and other services in the New SIM as default.

Unknown customer mistakenly press the button if two times the deduction

on account of the service charged.

This service message appears even if key pad is lock.

After locking of key pad user always put the mobile in his pocket by ensuring that

now key pas is nonfunctional.

Due to power saving mode to on the screen light if customer press the selection button two times message

sent to the quiz contesting company and customer has been charged Rs. 3 to 9 with out his consent.

This service appears after every one minute.

Vodafone never guide the customer to get rid off this service with out the efforts of the customer.

This service should not start with out asking the customer on phone or by sending the message

in his message Box.
