Sir, this is to notify that I have been mentally harassed by matrix for an incorrect bill made under my name for the Sim card and data card usage in Singapore. I have been to Singapore on a business trip ofr 18 days. I got a Sim from matrix which was a plan for Rs. 5000 as a guarantee. I got an email during the trip for a payment of Rs35000 and on the failure of the payment my services were disconnected in the mid of the trip. It was a worst hassle at that time since i was alone there and it was late at night. Incorrect information was provided by their executive and they also did a forgery on my credit card for the re payment. After I returned they mailed me the bill of more than 100000/-.I am in shock and could not understand that how someone can get a bill of more than 1 lac for using a sim card just for 14 days. Since I got relocated, they also hacked my naukri profile to get my new number. They tried to swipe my credit card but were unable to do so. Now that they aren't able to charge from my credit card becoz of no balance they have again started calling me and mentally disturbing me. Latest they mailed me to pay the total amount else they would file a case against me. I am really pissed off. How can i make such payments when I have not used it? Kindly help asap.
