My uncle responded to the paper advertisement of tower installation. He spoken to the girdhar towers pvt ltd representative Smt Jaya over phone no 08447286789 and deposited an amount of Rs.11000/- (Rs 5500/- as registration fee per member) in SBI account no 30355795352 on 14.03.11 (Account holder - Sri Bhanu manchand). The amount is for my uncle and his son (two members). They received agreement through post in the month of 1st week of April. In these agreement papers we found one photocopy of cheque and other agreement papers. They asked to deposit an amount of Rs. 80000 as income tax. But we did not deposited the amount and tried to contact the persons but the mobiles are out of order.
In this context we humbly request you to raise the issue at appropriate level and see that the amount to be returned or other wise the tower installation people to visit the site for installation of tower.
