NOT ACTIVATING SIM CARD SINCE LAST 6 DAYS

I AM AN EXISTING CUSTOMER OF VODAFONE AND OFFERED AN EXTRA CARD AFTER CHANGING A PLAN FOR EXISTING CELL NUMBER BY GLOBAL DIRECT EXECUTIVE (MS. SAIMA) ON 26TH APRIL. I HAVE PAID ALL THE REQUIRED CHARGES FOR THE CARD AND HAVE COMPLETED THE FORMALITIES TOLD BY THE SAID EXECUTIVE (MS. SAIMA). THE SIM CARD RECEIVED (ON 29TH APRIL) IS NOT ACTIVATED TILL DATE EVENAFTER MY CONTINIOUS FOLLOW UP WITH THE GLOBAL DIRECT EXECUTIVE. I SPOKE WITH VODAFONE PEOPLE ALSO AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THIS MATTER WILL BE CLEARED OUT BY GLOBAL DIRECT ONLY. NOW THE GLOBAL DIRECT EXECUTIVE (MS SAIMA) IS NOT ANSWERING TO MY CALLS

NOR GIVEN ANY CLEARIFICATION IN THIS MATTER.
