Dear Sir,
I had purchased Godrej Refrigerator Model No. REF GFE 25B4 on 20-09 from Balaji Enterprises, Ballabgarh vide their Bill No.6284 Dt.20.09.2009.
Since the said Refrigerator was not working due to gas leaking problem. I have complained to you on 05.07.11 vide complaint No.561918 and your authorized dealer M/s. Perfect Service of Spares, Faridabad have attended the complaint on by filling gas in compressor.
It was worked for few days the same problem occurred and I again complained on 13.07.11 vide complaint No.563804 and they again attended by filling the gas in compressor.
Even after filling the gas the problem still remain as it is and Refrigerator is not working. I have also lodged complained on 16.07.11 vide complaint No.564881.
I request your good office to replace the compressor with new one due to filling the gas in our compressor is not giving any solution. Please note that the same compressor is under warranty period.
Your immediate action in this regard is highly appreciated.
