Goquick mobile balance recharging via internet

Sir, I tried to recharge my Idea mobile balance through 'go quick' website through debit card. My first attempt was a success. However next time I tried to do the same, the amount was deducted from my bank account but my balance was not recharged. I lodged a complaint to this company via e-mail, but they did not reply.
