MY BSNL BROADBAND NET AND PHONE IS NOT WORKING SINCE LAST ONE MONTH AND I REGIESTERD COMPLAINT (COMPLAINT NO. 100092215 02 SEPT) BUT NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN BY BSNL FOR RECTIFICATION THAN I CONTACTD TO DGM JALANDHAR (9417304400) ON DATED 16.9.2010. AND SENT SMS FOR MY CASE TO HIM ON 18.9.2010.
AFTER MY ALL EFFORTS MY TELEPHONE AND BROADBAND HAS NOT ATTENDED.
I AM SO MUCH FEELING HOPELESS ABT BSNL FOR THEIR POOR SERVICE.
THIS CASE WILL BE FORWARED TO ALL SENOIR OFFICERS. AND SAME WILL BE UPLOADED ON NET FOR BSNL POOR SERVICE.
