I am using Air Tel pre paid card since last 4 years approx. At the time of registration i have submitted all the required document to the concerned store. The person had even come for the verification of the document. Today afternoon (30th July) i received a message from the AZ-Alerts that the documents which i have submitted at the time of registration are insufficient i am requested to submit the documents with in 48 hrs to enjoy continued service.

I called up customer care executive asked about the requirements of the documents. But customer care executive was not able to answer.

After approx 4 years the all of a sudden Air tel company wakes up and tells documents are incorrect i have only 48 hrs to submit the documents. The Air tel does not guides on the which documents i have to submit and why. What happened to the documents which i have submitted at the time of registration?

This is absolutely worse kind of service from Air Tel.-Mahesh Badve
