Caller Tune Activated but not Playing

Dear Sir/madam,

I have activated the Caller Tune on this number 9347222333. But it was not playing the caller tune

who ever calls me just basic tune is playing but my caller tune was not playing. This issue i faced before also i complied many times then they activated after one week. After a Long time i activated the caller tune again but now also facing the same issue. they are saying that u ported from another network that why it was happing. My balance also deducted 45/- rupees. My caller tune code is 1256847.

Please help me about this issue.
