Fraud deduction of my balance

My mobile number is 9718141227 . i was not press button / request any type of service to the company but they had deduct thirty rupees from my balance for VOICE CHAT service since 24/11.

i was not first time, Two years ago, idea company was deducted 30 rupees for FM RADIO service to my another number (9718151799).

I think this is totally fraud and and this is fraud company.
