SirI am respectfully complaining regarding idea telecommunication service service towards postpaid mobile service I am using 09881289988 idea mobile number since 5 years and since 3 months i am using as post paid the main problem is

1) DT Activation with amount deduction of 45 rs

WITHOUT REQUEST FOR ACTIVATION (14/4)

2) Activation of cricket pack with deduction of balance

WITHOUT REQUEST FOR SUCH SERVICE

3) Arrogant customer service provider
