I have been an Idea Prepaid Customer for the past 3 years. Recently I opted to switch over my Prepaid Connection to Post paid Connection. The trouble started then. I paid an amount of INR 250.00 for switching at the Ravipuram Office. Without even an information, they disconnected my prepaid connection. I removed my sim to put in my new Post Paid sim which they had provided. Even this sim has not be working. Its 34 hrs since.
Whenever I call them up, I get a bad response from them. I called up the people at the Ravipuram Office but they do not seem to take up responsibilities.
I am basically a coordinator and a traveller. Due to this issue, I have not been able to get connected to my clients and managers. I have lost my pay and on the verge of losing my job.
I never expected this from Idea Cellular. I have sent mails a number of times but to no avail. how can these people behave this way.
These people make all kinds of promises which will never be done.
Today I called up the customer care and came to know that my complaints have been registered only at 4.30 pm and they have asked me to wait till 4.30 pm. What bull shit I say!!! Do I have to wait for 40 long hours and that too at my cost??? This is really bad.
