Unnecessary bill amount

Dear sir or madam,

This is with referance of gprs service. Gprs service is not activated on my idea phone number 9891955885 and idea raised me bill of gprs using Rs 9732/-. I have put this compalint to idea customer care they had not answered fruitful and disconnected my phone incoming and outgoing.
