The Idea people call every day and say u pay 450 rs in adavance and take discount of 75 rs in every bill for 12 bills know the 2 bills are passed and they have not provided me any discount and they have take 450rs from me but, no amount has been given me back, The have not given me any written not or terms or condition for that ruppes that they have asked me in advanced but i have got recipt for my 450 rs, So plz help me how to teach the lesson to IDEA CELLULAR LTD
