Harasment for faulty bill payment

Hello Sir,

I Gaurav Kumar Hada was using an Idea data card for internet use for around 2yrs and paying my bills on time. But 3 months before when I was stopped I complained them that several times that I was facing some problem related to the data card internet speed, but they are not able to solve my problem, due to which I have given them an instruction that I will pay further bills only if they will solve my problems related to internet speed. But again there will be no action from Idea Cellular.

And now they filled a case against me at Tees Hajari Court for not paying the bill.

So, please tell me now how can I move further on this topic?
