Hi

This is Vaibhav Goswami, My phone Number is 9910812182 . I applied to convert my Prepaid Connection to Post Paid Connection. Last Saturday. An executive from Vriti Info Com Visited me to collect all the required documents to process my request apart from that he also charged processing fees of Rs 275/- .

Now its has been almost one week, my connection has not yet been changed in fact they don’t respond to my call.

It’s really very harassing. I didn’t expect such irresponsibility from your side.

Please take up this matter seriously.
