Fraud been happening in Idea Cellular Services

I am a Idea cellular subscriber having mobile number 919891935049. I am carrying the same number for past number of years. Recently, I have come to know a fraud been happening in Idea Cellular with the assistance of their VAS enabling companies. I know the names of peoples involved in this but the objective of this complaint is not to reveal the people but to bring out the organization to the matter of truth. The mobile operators (Idea Cellular majorly) are playing dirty to churn the customer base and are focussing in daily small number revenue from a average number of subscribers. They are having the brilliant logic that out of 10000 only 5 or 10 will complaint. Now the process they use to get faster revenue is as following. There are around 500 VAS services with almost all the telecom operators from various VAS companies and with the assistance of VAS managers in Idea Cellular these companies get easy access to all personal details of any of their customer. From back end system manipulation these VAS companies enable different services to the number of subscribers and deduct a amount ranging from Rs 5 to 50 one time activation for services irrespective to subscriber do not asked for the services activation. In order to clear records these services are again get deactivated on the same day so that there is no record for the services left in the subscribers account. These VAS companies have share of 30 % to 35 % in this and getting daily revenue of lakhs from one circle in their zone. Idea Cellular is having more around 30 circles till now. I am using Idea Cellular services with DND activated on my number and having a handset where there is no provision of tickers and other spams. But the customer care is enforcing the fake record in their system of activation of service from my end. This is something serious to be stop and need a strong action against all the companies involved in this. Technically, they can hide the databases and can manipulate in time of audits and are challenging the system cannot take any action against them. When, I asked to log a complaint against this then the customer care executive denied to register a complaint and passed the call to some VAS manager who literally challenged me to do what I can do with any regulatory against this. He has have given the same logic that a lot of customers make daily complaints like this but no one get refunds.

I would like to request the concerned body to take action in this.
