I have recharged from bahrain for the indian rupees 222 on mobile in kerala idea number, the recharge was done for an emergency purpose but it was not done but its showing recharge was done, customercare executives were called so many times but not answering properly and irritating, then after some shoutings they finally given to the supervisor and i have told him the transaction number 18321040220122011241 but he told it is showing that the rechartge was done, but amount was not credited and he told u just go and complaint to consumer court, it was so horrible that the customer supportive personals working in this idea company is doing such a terrible humors things, pls help me, that amount was still not credited untill now, pls take the neccessary action and help me
