It is to bring to your notice that inspite of my request to stop all DND services on my above mentioned mobile phone - I am continuously being harrassed by Big Radio - inspite of a confirmation from your message center Ph. No.919837699995 IW-IDEACL - Dt.7 Aug @08:22:07 pm, thaqt Big Radio subscription has been de-activated.
I demand to know -
why I am still getting messages from your message center selling Big Radio Song service.
I had never subscribed for this servicde - therefore why till now I have not been REFUNDED the money which IDEA company has malafiedly swiped from my account - without my permission and authority.
Please note that if I do not get a refund with in 10 day - I shall be forced to take legal action against your company for harrassment and swiping money from my account illeglly with dubious intentions in the court of law, as also for your completely irresponsible, autocratic and unprofessional behaviour - for forcing a service, for and on behalf od Big Radio, which was never ordered.
