Fake downloading charge of rs 100.00 for downloading wallpapers

Hi,

I am user of Idea Cellular postpaid connection: 9540483004. I have received my invoice of 15 Apr of an amount of Rs 275.75, in which i have been charged Rs 100.00 for usage charge as mentioned in my invoice.

To know more details about my extra charge of Rs 100.00 I spoke to the Customer Service, in which he mentioned me that I have been charged for downloading wallpapers. As per my knowledge i haven't downloaded any wallpaper. As to know more details about it the executive Mr Deepak put me on hold for 15 minutes twice and disconnected the calls without giving any satisfactory answers.

Please look into the matter and do the needful.
