Post Paid Connection fraud by Majestic Ifotech services

I am a user of Idea prepaid from 3 years and yesterday I got a call from Majestic Infotech Services, which is a post paid connection provider for Idea, that They are giving a post paid plan on my existing number (9990513302) and one post paid connection free with this connection and they have charged two month's rental from me and my ID documents. they told me that the connection will be activated in 5 hours but the number in not yet activated and when I'm calling idea customer care, they are saying that they have not received any request on my number to convert it to a postpaid connection.

I want my money back and these kind of fraud people should get a taste of justice.
