Unfair deduction of balance

Today i have activated Rs 148 GPRS plan on my idea number 7353115834 (karnataka) by dailing *369*148# after that still i got some balance on my main account of about Rs 9.

so the activation was successful for that i checked my data balance of 6gb and my main balance by dailing *457# and i used internet for about 10 min but after that both of my data balance and main balance became 0 (zero).

as this was an unfair deduction done to my number.

please refund me both my data and main balance.
