IDEA.. The worst and fraud company that i have ever seen i am using the SIM of Idea with the number of 984462496 was called to UK number even though the mobile was lying beside me switched off, currency of Rs 9.19 deducted, other than this i have faced some other problems like simply activating the some schemes without our permission and deducting money once for a month . when we asked by calling customer care they tell us that we activated these kind of schemes and all. Now those idiot idea people are also charging money, when we call to customer care..
respected sir, kindly give justice to us and give a right warning or else just close the bloody idea telecoms services.
