Unnecessory sms & calls

To sir/madam,

i m using idia prepaid number, and i become so much irritated from survice problem, like unnecessory suvice activation & deduction of charges for that from my balance which i never requested, (eg- bad double meaning joke, love portal, matrimonial, devotional pack etc.), charges for vas which i never requested, and unnecessory calls when i became busy. i requested many times for these problems to custmor care but no response occur. please accept my request and take necessory action.
