BSNL Land Line
Landline phone not working properly

Dear Sir,

I am using this BSNL Land line no 04256-252254.For last 4 months my landline phone was not working properly, it gives lot of noise we are unable to talk. I complained many time to the local exchange (At least weekly 2 or 3 times). But the problem is not corrected. Please do the needful.
