Respected Sir,

This is to inform you that, i have taken Reliance CDMA connection in the month of JAN in your BTM layout Relaince Moblile office and the number is 9342436988.

As per the information they provided, reliance CDMA to CDMA unlimited talk time and i have activated SMS package of 25 rs per month, so that i get 500 SMS free everyday. After taking the connection i called the customer care and they confirmed me about the same.

First 2 months bill i have received properly and i have paid the amount on time. But for the month of April i have recieved bill which is 3 times more than the previous bill and when i called customer care, i got to know that they have de activated SMS service and they have charged 502 Rs for SMS. I went to Jayanagar Reliance mobile office and lodged a complaint for the same issue and i got assurance that it will be taken care.

But yesterday i received call from your customer care and they said i need to pay the amount fully and no action will be taken for my complaint. They have given me the zonal officer number (080-30332676) which is always busy and i am not able to contact through that line.

Is this the way you provide service to customers? I was using Vodaphone for the last 5 years and i never had any issues not even once.

Kindly look into this issue and confirm me whether the bill amount will be corrected? Please replyme as early as possible, so that i can decide sholud i ned to continue to use your service or should i need to go back to other service providers.
