Regarding PF and Salary

Dear Sir,

My name is Sunil Kumar Jangid. I was worked with IMIL (Independent Mobile Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd.) at Jaipur Office as a Engineer. Job duration:-12th sept to 15th June. My PF no. is DL/36012/147. Now Company hasbeen changed the office. I donot know how to apply for my pf amount. And I have doubt that company didnot deposit whole amount of PF (12th spet to 15th June).

Because they didnot give us salary from Feb to 15th june. But they raised salary slip on DKM and company deduct incometax also. Please guide me what should i do?

I also want to know the balance of my PF account. If possible then please send me the deposit balance sheet.
