I had paid advance of Rs. 3000 for two post paid connections to Mr. Umesh S. Angare, on whose business card it was mentioned that he is with Reliance HR Services Pvt Ltd, Ashok Nagar, Kandivali (east). However, he provided me with only one connection and has been absconding ever since. He does not take any calls. The mobile numbers mentioned on business card as: 9321111005 and 969911005.
