I am staying at G-108A, Sector-9, New Vijay Nagr, Ghaziabad and having landline bearing number 0120-2842457 which is also having broadband connection.
I have made written complaint so many times at RD center BSNL Headquarter that I am not receiving monthly bill at all but still I am facing the same problem due to whcih I am not able to deposit the raised bill in time which caused me harassment and inconvenience as the telephone connection is disconnected time and again.
Secondly, I had deposited the raised bill vide invoice no. 10197857490014 on 24.5.2012 but my telephone connection has not been set at right as it is working as one way. I can receive the call but cannot make call. kindly set right the connection immediately.
Kindly take immediate steps to do the needful. I think BSNl is paying to deliver the telephone bills to the P&T Department so kindly make sure the delivery of the bills every month. I think the postman is the sole defaulter in respect of my grievance.
