Dear Sir,
In connection of the above captioned subject, it is to state that I am the licensors i.e. owner of Champdani Vodafone Site which has now been undertaken by your Company. I have been paid less monthly rent regularly from the month of August since the sharring of Idea during August and the sharring of Aircel during February at the Site. The matter has been raised on various occasion to authorised representative of your company but all went in vain. After long pursuasion for reimbursement of the arrear monthly dues, a letter by the Estate Manager, Indus Kolkata for settlement of the issues was emailed (copy enclosed) to me on 29th August. It is pertinent to mention here that the outstanding rent pertains to sharring (Idea Aircel) at the Champdani Vodafone during the period mentioned above. In this connection it is to state that the letter contains that all the arrear will be reimbused by 15th September but it is very unfortunate to inform you that no payment with regard the above stated outstanding has been made by the company till date. Apart no payment regarding municipal tax reimbursement has been made.
It is further to state no steps were taken to execute the contract of the salary hike of the security personnel at the site. These above stated facts show lack of cooperation from your end. The matter has became so worsen that the representative of the Management are even ignoring the calls made by me in pursuance of the my outstanding claims. This is not expected from the management of Indus.
