Bharti Airtel is cheating customers!

I have submitted disconnection request on 27th jan 07 for mobile number 9818440972. As per AirTel Customer Care officer it will be approved within 7 working days and no renewal will be charged for this period. But disconnection request was approved on 14th Feb after several times reminder call from my side. But in the mean time I got my bill on 7th of Feb around Rs. 668 (including rental of whole jan month), which also not included the adjusted advance rent of amount Rs. 299. On the instruction of Airtel I have submitted the bill amount of approx. 368 (668-299) on 22nd Feb. As per Airtel, the whole thing would be reflected on next bill. But on March 7th I got a bill amount 579 (which included rental of period 23rd march-4april). After that, I had a several telephonic conversation with Airtel and finally, on 22nd March they told me that you will get the new adjusted bill of amount Rs. 122 on the next bill cycle. But, Now I got a new bill amount Rs. 629. I am still waiting for my new adjusted bill.
