BSNL Dead phone and no action taken

It is with great displeasure I am writing this to inform you that no effective solution has been given by your department on the malfunction of my telephone number 080-26663336 for the past 10 days. Daily atleast once i am calling the exchange to take action.

The malfunction has caused our school a great problem, since its the only means of communication and also now its the admission time.

All dues to the department has promptly been paid in time for the above as per the bills sent to me irrespective of the above.

I believe that an ISO 9001:2000 certified organization cannot treat a customer complaint with so much delay.

Any thing to be done from my side may please be communicated in writing or through SMS to 9632961401.

Also I request you to recommend pro rata reduction in charges applicable to the non working connections.

If this fault can not be set right and lines restored from your end kindly advise me all the proper actions to be followed and obeyed by me to remove from service / disconnect the landline connection
