I was using our company cellone mobile no for past 2 years, on 12th of April, suddenly it started malfunctioning. Immediately i have given letter to BSNL Bellary office for relacement of SIM. They issued a new SIM & asked me to wait 24 Hrs to activate.
Even after 3 days, the SIM is not activated. I have booked a complaint also (Compalint No. KT-14041090)
Kindly help me to activate the SIM. I request you to take action against the concerned to delay the entire activity.
