My Mobile connection is disconnected without any prior notice. I started trying to contact the customer care from noon but could contact at night. The customer care executive told me that My connection was barred for not submitting proper documents. While my connection was activated after I submitted my CAF with photo and ID proof on the next day. Though I am an existing customer of Reliance and I have already a GSM connection and Internet datacard no 9569872202 and 9316846347 respectively. Even the verification was done. If any documentation was needed then why was not it informed on the time of verification by the respective department executive or why was not I contacted on my contact number before barring my services.
