Wrong deduction of call charge

Rs 30 has been deducted from prepaib amount from my mobile no, 9433194900 on 7.3.2011. i lodged a complaint no. CO7CD287799 with customer service cell on 7.3.2011. uptill now i have not received any reply as to why the deduction was made. I need clarification
