Dear Sir/Madam

Sub: Regarding Double time payment done in my account

With Regards to the above subject I have done a online payment for My Bill for the month of May-12, please find below the Bill Details

Tel N0:24760661

Bill Amt –Rs.1172/-

When I transfer first time the amt debited in my account but still it show transaction failed in your website (Reason for rejection I entered my transaction password & it is been redirected unfortunately network down)

Later next day I done another transaction it got succeed, I enquired with my banker regarding the amt debited in my account they said that the transaction in successful

Required your support to Reverse any one of the Payment & provide credit to my account or make the fail status into success

Awaiting for your reply & no proper response from your call centre
