Cannot getting incoming calls also lost cash who has calling me

I am writing from kumbanad regarding my landline at kumbanad, kerala from bsnl. i sent a complaint before five months that the landline is not working.there is no response or no actions from anyone. if anyone called in my landline those person will lost the money, but i didn't get the call, this is the problem. sir please take actions for this lazy mentality also repair my phone. trestfully by, jacob.p. mathew
