Land line phone of bsnl
Phone not clear, line complaint

Sir,

Our land phone installed is not in order. (Phone No.2621673, Aluva exchange) months back is was changed by exchange authorities, but the problem still exists. conversation through phone is not clear due to krrrrrrrrrrrrrrr krrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr krrrrrrrrrrrrr and other sounds, the phone need to be changed for a new one, instead of a repaired old phone. I could not connect to broadband due to the problem in the land line. Kindly see that, our land line is clear in all respects.
