Lewd sms/blank calls/harassment

For the few months, some one is giving blank calls and sending obscene msgs to my cousin mobile number. Though we tried to ignore it and block it, the sender keeps sending lewd sms and harassing n abusing her a lot from different different numbers. I request you to please take appropriate action.
