Hi,

I am Prakash. I have bought a Reliance LG 6150 handset on 24.07.2010 having bill no.17 from P.R.ELECTRONICS, Balasore. But now that phone is under bad condition. That is not keeping charge for a long time. The mobile unable to charge the battery. Although it is kept for a long time. Now that phone is partially unserviceable. I went to local LG servicing center (Raghunath IT solution, Balasore) for repair. They told me there is no more AMC for reliance LG set. When I went to the Reliance outlet (P.R.ELECTRONICS, Balasore). They told me to repair it from Bhubaneswar servicing center with own expenditure. And also they told if they receive the set for onward despathch. They will not take any risk for damage or lost. Now you suggest me shoul I take this set worth Rs.2500 to Bhbaneswar servicing center for which my expenditure would be Rs.1000 excluding my pain and absent from my duty. Actually I have decided to take judicial action. But I thought first I should consult with you.
