WAIVER ON BILLS AS THE CLASSIC 25 INSTRUMENT WAS IN A NON WORKING CONDITION SINCE PURCHASED

Dear Sir,

We have been continously following up with reliance for all our issues since the time of the issues started. Reliance is very much aware what problems we have faced when the Classic 25 instrument which was purchased from them started giving problems just after a few days of usage. After this the problem went on persisting, and it was often sent for repairs during this period of 4 months. If you see our billing you will find most of the time the phone not used by us as it was in a non working condition. Where classic could have immediately rectified the problem it took for them 4 months and that too later they ultimately admitted their mistake and agreed to give us a replacement.

During this period we as a customer have faced all possible problems not to mention of the HARRASMENT of sending and collecting the instrument every now and then from Classic Andheri office (ADONIS) and to Prabhadevi as well. Also we had to bear all the STD bills which otherwise would have been free from this Classic instrument which is one of the main reasons of us using this landline 32643322 though the rentals are high on it. Reliance has not suffered a bit on this whole. In fact the issue should be looked into by TRAI as we feel this is not an isolated incident. It is the “we do not care attitude” of your customer support team as well as you service franchisee which is resulting in such situations.

I fact when we took up the issue of the CUG complaint with Mahendra Gohil he looked into it immediately and assured that it will be done. We believe it may not be an organisation but some individuals who are giving Reliance this bad name as in this case it was Dinesh who did not bother to even address the issues or reply inspite of his own junior colleague following up with him.

So we feel Reliance should look into all the above points and should consider our case and provide us with the appropriate waiver on the billing.
