Hey.. dis ia a loop mobile customer... ive bought dis prepaid card recently... used it for about a week and den suddenly my out giong services go inactive... wen enquired i got to kno dat my documents were nt reached der though i submitted it on da very first day... on 5 oct.. dey recieved my documents and today i.e 7 oct dey say my card is active nw but still my outgoing services are inactive... i 've called da customer care n number of times but still though my card being shown active in their system, my outgoing services are inactive... to help me further wid my complaint plz mail me at dudiyasiddiqui@gmail.com
