Hey.. dis ia a loop mobile customer... ive bought dis prepaid card recently... used it for about a week and den suddenly my out giong services go inactive... wen enquired i got to kno dat my documents were nt reached der though i submitted it on da very first day... on 5 oct.. dey recieved my documents and today i.e 7 oct dey say my card is active nw but still my outgoing services are inactive... i 've called da customer care n number of times but still though my card being shown active in their system, my outgoing services are inactive... to help me further wid my complaint plz mail me at [email protected]
