Deduction of charges

Dear sir,

My name is Rahul M. Salunkhe. I am using Loop mobile prepaid service from about 2 to 3 years. Mobile service is good, but recently they are deducting my main balance for the services which i am not using when i complaining for that, they says it may be activated from you by mistake and no refund made for the charges from company services like (India Games and etc...)
