Alance deduction

Alance is being deducted in spite of paying the full amount for blackberry unlimited internet service, for using wats app messenger and also bb messenger i have recharged of rs 399 nd have almost wasted rs 700 till now for wrong balance deduction for this service . please revert back for this complaint of mine on this no 9870657102 and my email id rohitnikam09@gmail.com, i have visited the loop gallery atleast 10 times but still they are not able to clear my problem.
