Loop mobile MNP
Locking of mobile number portability

I am a prepaid subscriber nos 9821401493 with Loop telecom & have applied for MNP to shift to another operator.but Loop has rejected the request saying that, after i a have shifted to base plan, i cannot port out of their service for a period of 90 days. On inquiring with other mobile service providers, they say that such a rule does not exist. Hence please suggest a way out.
