Phone/Broadband shift problem

The phone and broadband is in my dad's name, I.A.Poonacha. We had booked for the shift on June 25th its been almost two months and we have not got the connection yet. Repeated visits to the BSNL office was in vain. Initially we were told there are some cable faults that need to be rectified and the later we were told that we will get in 2 days. But its been almost 2 months no solution yet.
