Respected Sir,
Its Amit KUmar Jaiswal from Bhopal (MP), at 6 jun i was in Amravati (Maharastra) and i recharged my BSNL no 9898018228 with 499rs at mobile shop. After recharging i dont get any recharge and confirmation message then i asked retailr why i dont get recharge and confirmation message then he reply you will get it after some hour.
I returned Bhopal and I go to BSNL office and checked my all recharge detail on my BSNL no then i find retailer dont recharge my no, recharge was failed then I call retailer and tell him about recharge failure then he reply me he has transaction successful message and he cant do any thing and say me its your responsibilities.
After it I call my friend from Amravati (Maharasta) and told him to go BSNL office in Amravati then he go BSNL office and checked my no detail and he find no any recharge.
I also call my customer care and get detail of recharge failure.
In such situation I am calling shop keeper/retailer but he ont help me and say me he has message of successful recharge so he will not refund my money and dont recharge again. I also say him to complain to his customer care but he dont do this and now he is not receiving my call. I am help less.
I think he cheated me.
