Waiting for new connection

I have applied a new Broadband connection (BSNL), I applied one month ago. But i didn't get any response from your Department.till we didn't get connection.

My Area for Connection : 195, Khodiyar Park, Nr. Sat Hanuman, Rudatransportnagar, Navagam, Rajkot.
